I went with the Hook Reel Special Blend, which had a nice bit of spiciness. So all of this comes to the table in the aforementioned puffed up bag. Then the server shakes it all up so that everything gets coated real good. It’s basically a seafood boil in a bag.

The main draw at Hook & Reel is steamed seafood. Sauce options are lemon pepper, garlic butter, original Cajun, plain (no sauce), dry (Old Bay Seasoning), and the Hook & Reel Special Blend. Then it’s on to Step 3: picking your heat level—mild, spicy or fire.

What is the difference between snow crab and Dungeness crab?
The difference between Dungeness and snow crabs is that Dungeness crabs have thinner and smaller legs compared to snow crabs. Snow crabs have long legs. Dungeness crabs provide lesser meat, whereas the long legs of snow crabs provide more quantity of meat in a single crab.
